Enrollment

To enroll your child at Richland Elementary, you may visit the school office during normal hours. The documents listed below are requested at the time of registration. 

1. Student's birth certificate

2. Student's social security card

3. Proof of residence

4. Parenting plan/custody papers (if applicable)

5. Student's immunization record on Tennessee form

6. Withdrawal form from the previous schools 

7. Parent/legal guardian identification

Please note: All students experiencing homelessness shall be immediately enrolled, even if they are unable to provide enrollment documents listed above. If your family is in a temporary living situation, please contact Penny Monks at pmonks@gcboe.us for assistance with enrollment and available support services.
